Store Synch Multi-branch retailers need to be sure that they have the latest information from all their branches. To accomplish this, Vector has STORE SYNCH. Working through broadband connection STORE SYNCH updates data at all branches, usually within minutes of events happening. Orders raised at stores can be tranferred to warehouses within minutes or even seconds, where replenishments can be made using up to the minute data. Where appropiate pricing and promotional activity can be directed from the centre for an afternoons trading based on the mornings results. Visual Loyalty Card System The CSY visual loyalty card system actually shows the customer on the card how many points they've earned. The user can et the rules on how points are earned and the rules on how they can be redeemed. As well as showing points earned, the cards can advertise your company's products and services. Vector keeps track of all points earned (even with multi-branch retailers) and can reprint loyalty cards in the event of loss. Visual cards may also be used as gift vouchers with the reducing balance available to spend shown on the card. Wireless Stock Taking Vector stock-taking can utilise hand held Radio Frequency terminals to take stock. Using this real time system there is no necesity for the store to close or for stock to be quarantined for stock taking. Q-Buster Using the wireless handsets available with the stock taking system, you can scan customers products as they wait in line for a till. The customer then hands over a card which uniquely identifies their purchases and they just have to pay, cutting queing times and improving customer throughput.
