Vector Ecommerce
CSY can offer you our Vector Ecommerce Solution to enable you to sell your products on the Internet with the minimum of fuss. Our CSY Ecommerce products are designed to integrate with your Vector EPOS System which provides a number of advantages over stand-alone e-commerce solutions. Our new WebSync product provides full synchronisation between Vector and your website.
- Your products only need to be managed in one place which offers huge savings in time and effort.
- All of your product information, images, pricing and stock levels are stored within Vector and transferred over the Internet to your website.
- Orders placed on the website are automatically transferred into Vector, so that you can produce picking notes and despatch notes and keep track of your stock.
- You can run all the standard Vector reports on your Internet sales.
We have designed a selection of packages to help accommodate your requirements. We will also be adding new exciting features that you will be able to bolt on to your Vector E-Commerce package in the future.
Vector Ecommerce Option 1
- Template Website
- Choose from three pre-designed website template layouts with the facility to alter colours, text, pictures and logos.
- Access to a web-based content management system to edit the information pages of your website.
- An online catalogue of your products sorted into departments defined within your Vector system.
- Product images, descriptions and prices taken directly from your Vector system.
- A facility to determine shipping costs by order value or weight.
- Website hosted and supported by CSY
- WebSync to provide connectivity between Vector and your website.
- Card Processing via Protx system to your existing merchant account.
Vector Ecommerce Option 2 – Custom Designed Website
- All of the above plus bespoke website design / development through consultation with our Web Designers
Vector WebSync
Designed for customers who already have their own website and want to be able to send and receive information between Vector and their website. We can provide your website developer with our WebSync interface that give you the following:
- XML interface to allow the extraction of product information from Vector for use in your website including departments, descriptions and images.
- XML interface to allow the sending of order information back to Vector
