Vector is comprehensive, covering not only standard retail sales but sales to credit accounts, loyalty club members and so on. The system can provide quotations, handle telephone orders, layaways, special orders and buying, online credit card transactions and weighed items. Operators can be prompted to sell related items and special offers. Data warehousing is used to store details of all transactions for all time. A COMPLETE AND COMPREHENSIVE REPORTING SUITE
Detailed sales and profit reports can be generated from the data for items, departments, stores, sales type, salespersons and combinations of the above. The system includes a full reordering and purchase order processing subsystem with reorder levels calculated using CSY's ASR stockholding algorithms to provide balanced stockholding and JIT [just in time] re-supply. A full shelf edge and ticketing system is included. The CSY Vector System includes its own retail oriented accounts suite and has links to most external accounting systems.

Vector is a real time system with all the advantages that brings but all points of sale will operate independently should the server fail. Once a server is back on line CSY STORESYNC will automatically collect data and update all terminals.
Duplex servers are available for larger installations.
HQ servers collect and despatch data to the stores every few minutes under control of CSY STORESYNC. A WELL ESTABLISHED SYSTEM
CSY Vector is installed throughout the UK from the Shetlands to Penzance, and abroad. Users include supermarkets, hardware and DIY stores, garden centres, car aftermarket stores and motor factors, agricultural suppliers, tile stores, fashion clothing shops, etc.

There is no limit to the number of terminals which may be connected to a Vector system. Our smallest user has a single PC based system in their one store; our largest user currently has over 100 stores installed with links to their warehouses, head office and factories.
