Visiting CSY  The CSY head office is based to the East of Nottingham City Centre within easy reach of the M1, the A1 and the Midland Mainline. Before You Set Off
Nottingham is a very busy city and traffic can be quite bad if travelling from the M1, please allow extra time for your journey if travelling during morning or evening rush hour. Put simply
If you are heading to CSY House from any direction, head towards Nottingham and you will start to see National Trust signs for Nottingham Racecourse and/or Colwick Park. CSY House is on the same road as the racecourse around 500 yards towards the city centre. Also on the racecourse site is the Yellow Park and Ride site which is signposted from the East and South of the city.  Directions from North
- At M1 J25, take 1st exit (A52 Nottingham) - Follow A52 and then A6200 into city centre - In city centre, follow signs for Colwick and Southwell (A612) - Once through city centre, you will pass a BP garage just after a large landscaped roundabout - Continue straight over next roundabout then turn immediately right into CSY House (opposite NTL headquarters). Directions from North-East
- From A1 south of Retford, take A614 towards Nottingham - At roundabout after 15 miles, take A6097 towards Leicester - At roundabout after 5 miles, take A612 towards Nottingham - Follow for 4 miles through Burton Joyce and past oil tanks in industrial estate on left - At Nottingham Racecourse roundabout after a further 2 miles, take second exit marked city centre - Look for CSY House on left after about 500 yards, just before next roundabout. Directions from South
NOTE: This route into Nottingham can be very busy, we suggest you follow the Directions From North route above and use Junction 25 of the M1 during peak times. - At M1 J24, take 4th exit (A453 Nottingham) - At roundabout after 7 miles, follow signs to city centre (2nd exit) - After approx 1 mile, filter left toward West Bridgford - Follow signs to West Bridgford then city centre until you go over the river on Trent Bridge - Continue towards city centre for ½ mile to traffic lights with Notts County football ground floodlights on your right - Turn right onto A6011, follow the road along the side of the stadium then sharp left - Continue to large roundabout, take second exit (slightly right) - Pass BP garage, continue straight over next roundabout then turn immediately right into CSY House (opposite NTL headquarters). Directions from South-East
- At A1 near Grantham, take A52 towards Nottingham - At first roundabout (just past Bingham) go straight ahead - At second roundabout (just before West Bridgford) go straight ahead on A6011 - At next lights (approx 1 mile) follow signs to Colwick & Nottingham Racecourse (right fork) - Once over river, turn right - Continue to large roundabout, take second exit (slightly right) - Pass BP garage, continue straight over next roundabout then turn immediately right into CSY House (opposite NTL headquarters). Arriving By Train
Nottingham is easily reached by train from all areas of the country and is served by Central Trains and Midland Mainline. CSY House is about a 25 minute walk from the station. If you wish to use a taxi - ask for "Daleside Road, opposite the NTL building" and they'll know where to come. Cost is around £2.00. If you want to walk from the station: - Leave the station platforms by the central bridge and head for the car park. - Head left across the car park (away from the British Transport Police building) to Queens Road. - At the end of Queens Road, cross London Road and turn right (You'll see Notts County's ground ahead of you). - Take the next left (by Ilkeston Co-op cars) and follow the road around the football ground and then left at the bottom. - Continue down this road and use the crossing at the roundabout to cross to the other side. - Follow this road (with the BP garage on your left) and you should see CSY House ahead of you.
