Training  Training courses are held for our Vector customers on a regular basis at our purpose designed training centre at CSY House in Nottingham. There are two main courses: The Counterman course
Covers the basics of operating the system, handling sales, taking credit payments on weekly accounts, special orders, cashing up and identifying minor faults. The Manager course
Covers the numbering systems, the re-ordering process (including the use of alternative suppliers), goods receipt, labelling, price setting and rounding and advanced system control. Self Study Courses
CSY is producing a range of self study courses on various aspects of the system. These will become available during 2005 All courses last one day. Refreshments and a buffet lunch are provided. Smaller customers may contact CSY at any time to arrange a place on one of the scheduled courses. Extra courses are held by arrangement for larger customers. TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
In addition to our training centre, CSY now offer the services of an experienced retailer and IT specialist to work alongside you at your site implementing or expanding your use of CSY VECTOR 6. Book days or weeks through CSY HO or your local Area Manager.
