Vector  Vector is a flexible and cost effective Electronic Point-Of-Sale (EPOS) system for retail and wholesale businesses. Vector is based around industry standard hardware and software. Vector can be supplied with both purpose designed hardware and software where required or where suitable hardware already exists Vector can be suppplied as a software only solution. Existing installations range from a single PC in a single-site outlet to multi-branch chains with sites containing twenty or more terminals. Vector can handle sales involving cash, credit cards, credit accounts, trade accounts and loyalty club members. A vast number of reports can be generated to monitor profit margins and stocks, customer and staff performance, trading patterns and every aspect of a retail business. Multi-branch companies can be permanently linked in real time using broadband lines and/or CSY's STORE SYNCH system creating virtually real time access to data across the branch network.
Using STORE SYNC means that there is no single point of failure within the network, yet the user has the equivalent of a real time system. As well as providing basic EPOS functionality, there are a number of optional add-on components available to further enhance the system. Customer Loyalty Cards, Wireless Stock-Taking and CSY's Q-Buster system are just some of the features available. Vector works as either a touch screen system or through CSY's unique EPOS keyboard.The system includes radio frequency handsets, wireless barcode readers, customer display units and weighing scales.
